Based off the Cobra and the '68 Corvette. Ill photo copy my original drawing in at some point and make a line drawing from there. Thoughts? Reworks? Let me know!

Too many sharp lines through the door, need smoothed out on the door and round the rear quaters off some for Shelby Esque look on the vett part

I'm digging the shelby cobra"ish" headlights. The front grill also reminds me of an old F1 "cigar car". I like it all except for tit think the hood comes up too high and I think that the back bit behind the seats is a bit too high.

The nose is a bit too high and as Cherry has said, the door is a bit too sharp in contrast with that curvy body.

I have to move the crest of the bottom cokebottle curve foward a bit also
If i made the back door lines a little rounded like the front, would that work better?

I think it looks great. Maybe modernize the font end a little bit to give it a nostalgia feel. Also it reminds me of this:

The angle of the door gaps is killing it for me.

Couple items:
First, I would use a straight edge to line up the tops of your wheel wells and fenders.
Second, your shut-lines seem backward to me; are these normal doors or suicide doors? If the former, placing the hinge would be awkward. Also, since I have no idea what kind of hoot these things have, if it's a clam-shell it's going to have a hard time opening against that forward incline.
Looks good, keep it up!

Side bodywork reminds me of the Low Drag Coupe.
